One Pan Chicken and Jalapeno Popper Creamed Corn
1 Pan Hen and Jalapeno Popper Creamed Corn

Pan seared seasoned chicken served on a jalapeno popper creamed corn with loads of cheese!
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, pounded slim
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced or diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced/grated or chopped
- 4 cups corn (contemporary or thawed frozen)
- 1 cup milk (or product or hen broth)
- 4 ounces product cheese, warmed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to flavor

- Warmth the oil in a pan more than medium-high heat, add the rooster, seasoned with the taco seasoning, and cook until eventually cooked by means of, about 3-5 minutes for each side, in advance of setting aside.
- Melt the butter in the pan above medium warmth, increase the onion and jalapeno and cook dinner till tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Include the garlic and cook until finally aromatic, about a minute.
